MARLBOROUGH — Raising Cane's Chicken Fingers needs to build its local staff. The Baton Rouge, Louisiana-based fast-food chain, which previously confirmed that it would open its second Massachusetts store on Boston Post Road (Route 20) in mid-April , said in a press release that it is hiring more than 130 local crew members, with positions ranging from crew to management-level. Starting pay for crew members is $16 per hour, "with the potential to quickly earn more," company officials said in the release.
