Avoid West Main Street between Beach and Williams streets in Marlborough. (Patch file photo)MARLBOROUGH, MA — Drivers in Marlborough should avoid a busy section of West Main Street (Route 20) through the afternoon hours Wednesday. A water main broke under West Main Tuesday night in the area between Beach and Williams streets — adjacent from the Marlborough District Court building. The water main had been repaired, city officials said in an update Wednesday morning. However, crews were still in the midst of paving over a trench dug for the repair.
