Reply MARLBOROUGH, MA — A long-running conference on issues affecting senior citizens will return in April as an in-person event — a first since the coronavirus outbreak three years ago. The 42nd annual senior conference typically takes place each spring for residents in state Sen. Jamie Eldridge's Middlesex and Worcester District, which covers Marlborough, Sudbury, Wayland, Hudson and others.
